Who Am I?

My life is dedicated to growing personally, professionally and spiritually.  My personal goal is to live my life - - not on the sidelines, but in the mainstream. To continue tapping into my internal compass to live a fulfilling and meaningful life while enjoying the journey and encouraging and enabling others to do the same. I also enjoy mentoring and creating and facilitating empowerment, spiritual and personal development workshops.

To give back.  To integrate all the many rich blessings, many life lessons learned, tremendous wisdom gained from participating in and facilitating personal development workshops; and over two decades of vast business experience, knowledge and skills as an Executive Sales Director for a Fortune 10 Financial Services Company.
